Not only does the remaster itself sound really bad, this pressing sounds really bad as well. Vocals are far too loud and everything sounds compressed to shit and somehow the drums still sound too quiet. Don't even get me started on the actual remastering of the album itself. Random delay effects and what sounds to be auto-tune on Jeremy's vocals. Particularly "Speak of the Devil" the auto-tune makes the chorus sound terrible. Don't waste your time on this repress and remaster, just grab the original online. I sure wish I did.

Here's the best way I can describe the new mix for people wondering. It sounds like they tried dialing back the production to be more like the 'and their name was treason' album.
During breakdowns, vocals have a weird distortion and echo effect on them. They also added extra vocal lines in odd places that weren't there before. Guitars sound a little thin and further back in the mix throughout. I don't hate it like some people seem to but it's different enough you don't have to be an ADTR fan to notice.
As for the disc, there is some surface noise but not enough to take away from the songs. Audio is pretty clear but not CD quality. -
They definitely made some bold choices in the mix but I think it sounds amazing, hearing the album from a different angle.
