My copy has great sonics. I don't understand why some people said it sounds bad. Also, this soundtrack has some amazing songs. Happy to have In the Meantime and Creep acoustic on vinyl.

I heard the sound of this release was lacking but I found a copy for cheap so I picked it up. Great selection of songs. The mastering is not good. The low end is muddy and the drums are buried on a lot of the songs. Some songs are overdriven. It’s a shame. It is definitely a money grab and not a lot was invested in doing this release the right way. It’s an ok release but If you want this for critical listening it’s not for you.

The music is great, though not as good as the first two releases from the series. But that of course is a matter of taste. I'd rather talk about the records themselves as these are maybe the best pressings I came across in almost 40 years of listening to mostly mainstream vinyl records. The stereo separation is excellent, the space between the tracks is long enough (not crammed) and the surface noise is one of the lowest I ever head. Unfortunately though the mastering is mediocre at best. Some tracks sound overdriven and hardly limited which is very unfortunate especially for a vinyl release. This could have been the best sounding record in my collection but the sound engineer messed it up big time. -
Surprisingly good sound, wasn't expecting much but most songs sound good. The Mowgli's song sounded slightly worse, however that's just cuz of brickwalling crap. Everything else was pretty good -
Fun to have but dont expect much from a sonic standpoint. About as digital sounding as one could ever dream up. Tried two copies, all discs warped. Another album saved by the Vinyl-Flat. -
The collection of music is great. The sound was not. Sounds like low bit rate mp3's were the source. Pressing was ok. A small edge warp on the first disc that didn't affect play and played nice and quiet.

Surprisingly well recorded compilation. Volume 1 was flat and dull. Creep on this compilation really sounded good.
