Muzik takes me higher was used as backround music on Finland's Radio Mafia Station's "UK & US Top 40" radio show around 1995-1996. I hope digital release of this track at least, some sort of earworm.
-
And B2 Track "So Warm Inside (I'm Burnin' Up) samples of The Late Great Sharon Redd vocals from "LOVE HOW YOU FEEL".
-
Sally, from A Man Called Adam (amongst others) does a great job on the deep house/skippy garage Good Thing. Love it!
-
“Muzik Takes Me Higher “ also samples “You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real) by Sylvester https://www.discogs.sitioby.com/Sylvester-You-Make-Me-Feel-Mighty-Real/master/119210
-
music takes me higher also seems to sample the intro from tribal tone ohm (1993) https://www.discogs.sitioby.com/Ohm-Tribal-Tone/release/83135
-
B2 track "So Warm Inside (I'm Burnin' Up)" is basically an edit of Sharon Redd - Love How You Feel https://www.discogs.sitioby.com/Sharon-Redd-Love-How-You-Feel/master/36896
-
Edited 8 years agothe main chord groove pattern in "muzik takes me higher" seems to be recreated from "goody goody - it looks like love" (1978) http://www.discogs.sitioby.com/Goody-Goody-It-Looks-Like-Love-Super-Jock/release/574379 https://www.discogs.sitioby.com/DJ-Sneak-The-Polyester-EP-Volume-2/release/55130 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WalAHrcm1b4
