You say you like jazz and a dash perhaps of Genesis?
This band from Argentina(I believe thats their home country) not only can lay down a decent melody but they are as tight an ensemble as any of the 1970s era jazz fusion bands. Isotope and perhaps Return to Forever some to mind but only as a reference point. Moog/ARP solo's are slick at Mach 5 and the guitarist plays poignantly and metronomically(new term?).
The singer's voice is pleasant enough without sounding like nails on a chalkboard and he know's how to hold the music together without an overabundance of lyrical oversteps.
Too bad no mention of any of their music seems to seep into the reviews section as the self titled release in amazing in both musical abilities and in trying to meld the two genre's mainly progressive rock and jazz fusion into coherency of which they pull off amicably. Superb!
