Warp. 1991. What more do you want? It's saying it's gone for £158. Must mean something really special to someone to pay that much for a copy. I will use my imagination to see somebody having their mind blown back in 1991 hearing it and happy to own a mint copy. Digital is amazing but that physical ownership of "it" means vinyl will never go away.

the Future is a great track. I’m currently filling in the gaps of a few Warp singles missed the first time round. Been a long time coming this one. Very happy and sounds great in 2025!

how can one not like " The Future"? these keys are so 100% on point. i am always asking, if the track is too short? anyways, alltime favorite. glad to own it finally.

For me the last good Bleep / Bass record on Warp at the time. The bleep era was all very brief 90-91 then gone

Masterplan all day long for me. Can never get bored of hearing the dream like choral notes at the end of the track. Masterfull Masterplan.Tune Indeed!.

Every time I hear this it reminds me hearing the Future as the sun was rising at Universe ‘Adventures on a Pleasure Planet’ in Newport, June 1992

A popular after-hours fave with the Hartford Massive after an evening out at Bugged Out! or Voodoo. Timeless, deep and understated. As the first reviewer so beautiffuly puts it... "you can feel the hidden euphoria of a new generation".

This is a great 12”, The Future is a lovely fairly minimal sounding track combining a deep groovy bass, floating vocal piano and synth, that keeps evolving all the way through. A truly magical tune and in my mind still sounds great today. Masterplan is a bit tougher sounding Bleeps & Bass tune.
