Edited one year agoMy copy arrived a bit warped and has a prominent surface noise all over side A, but thankfully its nearly non-existent on side B. Loved the SOPHIE mention on the liner notes 💔

can confirm it still comes with the signed print, I've ordered from amazon PL on september 13th and got it!

Ordered from Amazon UK and it came with the signed card. Had no idea it was even included until I read these comments omgggg

Ordered mine on April 12 and it came with the signed insert! My pressing is a bit dirty though there’s a spot of brown pressed into the record

3 Stars for a phenomenal album, that suffers from poor pressings. I ordered this UK exclusive 3 times. I‘m not an audiophile and out of over 100 records I only sent one back. But this release really gave me the biggest headache, thanks to our dearly beloved GZ. And to get your lingering question out of the way, before I dive in to my rant: No, none of my 3 copys came with a signed picture. And yes, it is the Amazon UK exclusive.
My first copy came slightly warped. The first track welcomed me with distortion, right out of the gate. Awesome, I thought. But it wouldn‘t be a cold hard GZ classic, if the record wasn‘t filled with non removable crackles throughout the entire album.
The second copy was even worse. My scratched up Tina Turner record from the flea market sounds like a MOFI release, compared to this copy. The surface noise was overpowering the music in a lot of instances, which was rather impressive, based off how loudly produced the music is. Warped again, by the way.
My third copy finally sounds sort of fine. It‘s warped (what a surprise) again, but this time it doesn‘t affect playback. Hearing the first track without any distortion or crackling was almost overwhelming for me. There is still some audible surface noise, at the beginning of each track, but it fades away fairly quick. Side B sounds way better than Side A. Way punchier, the treble is on point and not muddy sounding at all. Side A has it‘s sections, in which the treble is just on a break or something, Charlis voice sounds really compressed in some songs.
All 3 records have been wet&vac-cleaned, before touching a clean stylus.
The packaging looks great and the white vinyl fits really marvellous.
If you wanna try your luck with this release, go for it. But please keep in mind, that this is a GZ pressing and you may fail a few times, like I did. -

Mine did arrive with the signed photo, I ordered it on April 11th, so cool that the sleeve has the lyrics

I ordered two white copies from amazon uk yesterday - one came with the signed card and the other didn't. It was in the actual LP sleeve so you have to open the item/plastic to tell.
