Sound is great on this first german pressing.
Very clear sound, no compression as on 2016 „Back To Black“-Reissue -
Extremely clear recording -well balanced, no pops or clicks. Haven’t compared to other editions but a lucky find for me:)

Does anyone have this with only German text around the label? Only "Made in (ST 33) " at 6 o'clock is in English. The text goes the whole way around the label on my copy (on this label there is some space to the left and right of "Made in ").

Superstition sound amazing on this release. It’s the best I’ve ever heard it sound compared to SACD, other CDs. However this pressing suffers HEAVILY from Inner Groove Distortion. Every first track on each side is great but, everything else is horrific. If you want the whole album AVOID IT. If you just want superstition this is a great copy.

Without a shadow of a doubt this is Stevie Wonders most beautiful piece of work . it belongs to the Top 10 records of all times . From the beautiful warm colours of the cover , Stevie Wonder sitting in the sand sunflooded , wearing some kind of robe ( meditating over a mandala it seems) to the lovely melodies and harmonie-vocals often sung by his then wife Diebra Wilson ... Maybe mostly ed for those two giant lovers tunes .' You Are The Sunshine Of my Life' - Song A1 tand "I Believe When I Fall In Love' , it will be with you" as the closing . But this is a talking book fe true . Songs like Big Brother "Your name is Big Brother , you only come here when it's election time , we live in a house , the size of a matchbox..my name is secluded , you only me at election time"With A funky Backbeat in the best sense of that word. Another stomper 'Superstition '(Ain't The Way.. That's when you believe in things you don't understand , then you suffer" an uplifting call to his fellow people to stop believing in old time magic, voodooo and this medieval consciousness that it roots from. I could go on forever talking about each song , but this is more than enough . Stevie did it so much better ,with love and a deep spiritual consciouseness and a god-given talent , that shines thru all of Talking Book .My personal favourites are indeeed those melancholic , sad songs with a lttle tiny light of hope left sometimes - 'Tuesday Heartbreak' , 'You've Got It Bad Girl' ,'Looking For Another Pure Love' and the saddest souls song i know "Blame It On The Sun".
