Issued in a standard jewel case with a clear tray and an 12-page booklet containing credits, lyrics and photos.
Some copies have a round hype sticker stating:
'Staind includes It's Been Awhile & Outside (feat. Fred Durst) 7559-62664-2'
Some also have a ¾” square silver sticker on the front, with the Warner Bros 'W' in the background. The sticker refracts colour as it moves in the light. There is a circular area in the middle that refracts the light differently. 'UK 029174628' is printed in black, below the centre-line.
