At first several noises and crackles, the situation improved a lot after a thorough washing. Otherwise flat and good sounding vinyl

Edited 3 years agoPlayable but arrived completely warped. I listened to it once it and put it back on my collection. I hope that one day it will straighten itself out, but for now. I am disappointed this release. The cover is cool though. I trying to complete my collection of nude covers.

Edited 3 years agoGreat album; maybe I got unlucky, but my copy (bought from a brick & mortar in NYC) is pretty terrible, especially given RTI pressed it. Must be a bad case of non-fill, though it's hard to see it as such, because of the color; atrocious poppy farty scratchy noises at the end of track 1 into 2, end of side A, first two tracks of B and then more at the end of B. Persisted after VPI cleaning. What is with QC these days? I'll try a European Pallas next; for this issue, caveat emptor.

Edited 3 years agoCan someone explain me the diffrence berween this Orange Indie with the orange from UK ? Please ?
-
No issues with my copy - it’s quiet and clear. A few crackles on side A, but I need to do a better cleaning.
-
I received my orange copy today. It’s a really beautiful color but I can attest to some of the other reviews. Side B is a little noisy, some pops on “Darling” which is kind of unfortunate as it’s a really delicate song and the pops and clicks take away from it. Side A the label where the hole was is also torn as of it was played before but it was all sealed. A little warped too but doesn’t impact play.

can anyone tell me what the difference between the clear amber and clear orange ? they look very similar. The only thing different upc catalog number .why such a price discrepancy?
-
This is really a noisy pressing particularly on A. Which is a shame because it's a cool color, a great album, and otherwise well mastered. I'm going to ditch the variant and get black. I'd rather it sound good than look good.
-
I hope my other variant I’m waiting on sounds better than this one. Lots of pops on my b side, even after cleaning.
