Great and superb songwriting from start to finish, not a single weak track here, everything fits perfectly well, sublime chord-progressions and modulations, lots of highly attractive minor-key turns.
"Why may I not know" ("... my mother's name") is simply stunning, highly melodious, with thick and heavy riffs, tight organ-guitar-interplay, it's sheer power and heavy with thick bass! Remeniscent of Writing on the wall, to my ears. I always repeat this special song when I play the record (like in this very moment, still sounds clean though, not ruined yet after all those years, haha! ). The final long track is also a great one. "... start kissing the sun".
Also of interest is the fact that the cover backside gives almost no infos/credits, except for song-titles. -
Had a chance to buy a copy a few years back but ed. Needless to say I'm still looking. Hence, if somebody has a copy (original) I am interested....!
