Overall I am very happy with the VMP release. This is easily the best this album has sounded on any format I had previously.

Edited 3 years agoWith a very minor limited exception, my copy is perfect — silent and flat. The limited exception is A7, but the noise I hear is very minor and only in the last 30 seconds or so, and there’s no music during some of that. I don’t know if that’s the same noise that a couple reviews below characterize as “such a shame!,” but the noise on mine doesn’t approach anywhere near that level of a problem.
I can only speak to my copy, which, is 99.7% perfect, and I’m rounding that to 100%. -

VMP has copies back in stock and charging less than sellers here: $34/, $39/non-.

i have no surface noise or anything on A7. both sides are basically completely silent, with a just a few periodic crackles on side B. 5/5

Unfortunately I have the annoying surface noise throughout A7 as well, even after washing - such a shame!
