Indeed an amazing album and to my mind better or enjoyable as a punk base record than the debut of Bad brains as an African American comparison. The documentary surrounding this band is touching. In the end they get the recognition they deserve, through a remarkable twist of fate. 👍👍👍

This is a rather amazing album....I had never heard of these guys until I was browcoming films & there is a documentary about these guys coming out called "A Band Called Death". 3 African-American guys playing punk before there was punk? So I looked to see if they had any records....and found this. Wow. This is just amazing stuff that I never knew existed, and I just love finding stuff like this. Of course, playing the kind of music these guys played, they never had a chance of making it in the era of disco & Motown stuff, but if you like proto-punk type stuff then you really need to check this out, it will amaze you. There is not a bad track on here.
