The copies are housed in a hand-painted heavyweight cardboard box and hand-numbered on the front cover picture or on the banderole the copies up to 320 are numbered out of 320 with higher numbers just having the copy number on it. This version, which is a part of the entire edition of 350 copies, has a red banderole around the box with a sticker reading "Genocide Organ :Save Our Slaves:", and a second sticker reading, "Let The Legend Live In The Grand Ole South!". All copies include seven inserts, a main insert for the release and one for each song, listing titles/credits/etc.
The catalog number appears on the main release insert as "004/005" in the label logo, on the top of the same insert as well as one other it appears as "TESCO 004/005"
