Notes
This appears to be a 1972 repress from the Miles Davis - Jack Johnson (Original Soundtrack Recording), which was released in 1971.
Although the catalog number and runout stamps/etchings are identical in both versions, the labels are not. This version does not have "Additional Music by Teo Macero" printed underneath the song titles on each side (see photos)
Additionally, the 1971 Terre Haute pressing used a silver striped Columbia Masterworks inner sleeve. This version went out with the newspaper style "Inner Sleeve" that was commonly used by Columbia in the early 1970s. The volume number shown for this edition of the "Inner Sleeve" is 72B1/4, the "72" prefix indicating a 1972 release date.
