Currently updating my collection on Discogs(all records purchased back in the day), and I'd forgotten how good this EP is. Every track blew my mind. I therefore plead guilty to the charge of wilfully neglecting my record crate(it's actually an egg crate that I acquired from a newsagents I worked at in the 80s).

Have you ever noticed how Deranged (both mixes) sound quite similar to Krispy Krouton - Chicken & Sweetcorn? -
Doc Scott's releases are another unique sound for me, always focusing on a few simple effective elements and not overdoing anything. Wicked tunes -

Deranged bonus drums remix is the stand out track for me. Lovely choppy amens mixed in with a heavy unrelenting bassline that'll shake your bones. Darkside business for sure :D -
