One of the best purchases I've ever made. Probably been my favorite Dinosaur Jr. album since I was about 17. But this fresh remaster and added B-Sides have made it great on a whole new level. First of all, the "Whatever's Cool With Me" single is one of the best things J. has ever done. Secondly, Dinosaur Jr. B-Sides are always a treat. Like the british bands of the '90s, Dinosaur always put a lot of effort into their b-sides and the Green Mind ones are the cream of the crop. J. Mascis was at his peak as a singer songwriter and guitarist in this era. Lastly, the live album included (of unknown origins) is truly epic. The new lineup of the time featuring Mike Johnson is in top form, and they tear through classics such as "Tarpit" and "The Lung" but also break out newer tracks such as "Water" "The Wagon" and "Blowing It/I Live For That Look." The highlights however might be "Thumb" and an instrumental version of "They Always Come" from Bug. Highly recommended for all Dinosaur fans, and fans of great alt rock in general. 10/10
