Edited 6 months agoThis does not sound big and huge like most people are commenting.
Mix is terrible. Drums sound small, bass guitar barely audible. I have no idea what people who are praising this are listening to. -
If you should have just one release from Sleep, it should be this one. The track list is great and the sound is bombastic.
Do not let yourself be discouraged by the rip-off on Youtube, which has bad sound quality and almost non-audible vocals. On vinyl everything is ok.
Packaging is also very nice. -
my copy has 2 green discs....missing the purple.....DM if you need to swap green disc for a purple -
Edited 10 months agoHeavy, raw and LIVE. The packaging (poster, patch, box, color vinyl) is very nice. This is an EXCELLENT release!!! -
Does anyone know if this was reissued after the vault package edition? I just bought it new/sealed off here and mine doesn't have the hype sticker(?) and is missing the patch. Wish I would have known before buying... -
Edited one year agoI really wanted this and finally i got it..The sound is thunderous and massive..Packaging rules..so what more do you want ?

I know it's a really long shot, but if anyone would like to sell the box without the albums for a reasonable price (just the outer cardboard, not the sleeves or records) let me know. The sun destroyed the spine of mine, and I would like to have a replacement. Thanks! -
Hi there!
I bought the Sleep Box mint plastic sealed. But there are accidently two times the orange vinyl inside the box. The purple one is
missing. If there is someone with two purple ones, please let me know. Maybe a change is possible.
At Third Man Records there is no possibility to change or buy the purple one in single.

Paid $80 for this gem. very cool set! this version of Dopesmoker sounds better than my Third man press ironically. get this before it shoots up in price. i enjoy the colored vinyl but would have preferred black or something that it easier to see dirt and debris. 8/10 -
