Just fantastic. This album is no regret, never will be for me either. I'm just happy that I got it!

Love this album! So happy I can finally own it!

Like others have said, there is definitely a bit of background noise here and there, but it's not that bad, and it's almost expected for an album of Mother Earth's Plantasia's age, especially given it was (apparently) done with no master recordings. That being said, the album sounds fantastic regardless, everything is so warm and lush sounding.

Other than that, I love the packaging, the green vinyl, the booklet, and even the able card (which can be planted to grow wild flowers!).

Hopefully in the future we'll get re-presses as good as this for Mort Garson's other work: The Unexplained, Black Mass, Signs of the Zodiac, Music for Sensuous Lovers, etc.

My copy came only slightly warped, so that was lucky I guess. Playback is very good, only light distortion at some point, really nothing major. Sound is great overall. Could be better, but all in all, listenable and enjoyable reissue.

the sound could have been deeper. there's plenty of space left on the record.

Pressing is quite good..some background noise on side one but nothing serious.
I was surprised how it sounds good considering how the mastering was done from a record not from any old master. So sad there is no real master in existence.
Very good job done here.It would be cool to compare the first pressing with this one.
Cover is standard quality but the book is nice and card with seeds is a very nice touch!
            Thumbs up for this one!

Although minimal the record was warped out of the package. My turntable tracks it fine so not a huge deal. Happy to see an official reissue. Pressing sounds pretty good despite a bit of surface noise. The booklet was a nice touch.

My copy arrived, sealed, and after opening it i saw a nice scratch and some superficial hairlines on Side 1 .. so i am happy to own this record, but a bit disappointed that the pressing was not made with the extra care it needed.

My copy (black) sounds decent enough...there is some slight warping (possibly due to the outside weather right now), but is doesn't noticeably affect playback. What kind of irks me, however, is the album is packed in one of those cheap, tight paper sleeves. I noticed some superficial scuffing and a couple hairline scratches on my brand new copy, most likely a result of this weak packaging. As a result, there are a lot of ticks and pops that are not caused by the mastering. I am really surprised that so many indie record companies are using these terrible inners in lieu of poly-lined sleeves just to save a dollar or two. I might Sacred Bones and ask for a replacement since I bought directly from them.

So happy with this, great care taken in the presentation and pressing. Even without using the original masters the sound is great, warm and deep. Thank you Sacred Bones and Day Darmet - please do Ataraxia next!

This release is getting spammed everywhere (reddit, synthtopia, discogs blog, fact mag, etc) and it's not even out yet. I really don't like how much marketing is behind this album. It's a good album but this amount of hype for it is weird, calm down Sacred Bones
