Track length of Phase IV is 13:42 mins as mentioned on the cover. A hidden track starts at 18:42 after 5:00 mins of silence.
Comes in a CD sized gatefold cardboard sleeve, Mini LP style, with Obi-strip and two inserts of notes in English and Japanese.
The barcode is only on the Obi-strip.
