I have never understood the difference between Thunderdome & Earthquake since both offered the exact same materials in Hardcore/Gabber music . Sure Earthquake series offers more b-sides but the quality is still present . Some tracks found on this compilation would have fit better on compilations of Thunderdome and vice-versa . There are even tracks that are far superior than some found on Thunderdome but thats personal taste .

      The tracks i love are ;

      CD 1

Public Domain : In the House
The Spead Freak : Body hammer
      Nice Guys : Whiplash
European Unity : United in One?
      Underground : Monsterjammy
      3 Steps Ahead : Disobeidence
      Dj Flamman : Asid Sex
Bertocucci Feranzano : Sax B4 dinner
Critical Mass : 909 is the Devil number
      S.O.S. : Papa's got a brand new pill left

      CD 2

      Dano&No Sweat : I'm in the dark
      The Prophet & Liza 'n Eliaz : Love,sex & danger ( LSD)
6 Pack : Drunken piece of shit
      The Nerds : The Puzzle
      Stoned Fever : Murderer
      SFR&Guitar Rob : Mass Hypnosis
The Ender : Some girls say yeah
3 Steps Ahead : Weekend after weekend
The Speed freak : Never Surrender

As for The Speed freak : Never Surrender track it can also be found on Terrordrome 4 except it's another mix ( Wendy lost control mix ) .

Not the best compilation i agree but is good to give it a try and for the true fans only .

Well.....In my opinion the Earthquake series despite their truly awesome booklets and leaflets were meant to be the side b tunes from Thunderdome series. Not all the series were decent in comparison with the Thunderdome series were after the 20th series the downfall began. In this particular one it seems to me that the whole compilation is a b side vinyl. To be honest, there are a few decent tracks in this one that's why i rated it with 2 stars, but the truth is that i skipped enough tracks throughout the whole hearing section. I don't regret buying it since it comes from the most complete hardcore period ever.

One of those hardcore compilations which ID & T clearly filled with the B-sides and lesser quality material from the artists that appeared on the Thunderdome series. Except for the 2 tracks by the Speed Freak no track gets me high really (and this is not an ID & T artist!) Some favourites are “Monsterjammy”, “Murderer”, “LSD” and “Sax B4 Dinner”, but this release leaves a lot to desire when compared to other ID & T compilations of that time.

Except for collection purposes you may safely skip this out.
