At first glance, you can think it seems a bit too simplistic, but once you go deep into the listening, you understand the minimalist approach and the focus on some of the best 303 knobs tweaking you've heard on an acid record. You can feel and see the waveforms shaping in the air while listening to this record.

The First Track gets the prize here, the 2:36 at the 2nd track deserves a special mention.

A3 The Wind 3:04....Classic piece of swirling, twittering acidick tb 303!... I probably call this the Breeze as it floats around your ears without making them cold.. Shame the track wasnt 3:03 ;)

For me The Lightning is the best acid track on this release and possibly the best from the entire Acid Rain series. Deep, driving, trippy, serious, energetic with a real sense of groove. Big warehouse annihilator.
