This cassette is falsely attributed as being a "Stax" issue, even though Stax is *nowhere* present on the tape. It is,, and says so, clearly, an Atlantic issue. Even though all pre-1968 releases were taken over by Atlantic after the sale to Warner, Sam and Dave were, in fact not even signed to Stax, but loaned to them to record there and allowed to issue under the Stax label while the distribution arrangement was in effect.
So, no tape now could ever have been issued with the Stax imprint *anywhere*. Period
