Plain white tip-on / pasteboard cover (brown cardboard colored inside) has "AP-1" and "DEMONSTRATION Not For Sale" printed on both front and back. With xerox of typewritten "Label Copy" info sheet taped to the front.
Light blue labels with "Advance Promotional", "ⓟ1976" and "Columbia Records Pitman, New Jersey" printed, but no artist, album title, or track listings.
Some copies include two photocopied legal-sized sheets of lyrics, stapled at the top-left corner and folded to fit inside the cover.
