first two or three songs were pretty great, but it just kinda fell off afterwards. not something i'd buy, personally -
I bought the CD on the official website and it came quickly in the mail. After multiple and deep listens, I think that this record is Kanye's most controversial and left-field album with the fallout from 'Lift Yourself' and the Donald Trump endorsement. It is slept on and underrated, dare I even say trashed because of the tone and attitude of the artist (Ye) being so polarizing and dividing to the point where he is the TOPIC and SUBJECT of the record. It isn't as narcissistic or self-centered as Yeezus or MBDTF but it is a contender for that. Because of the brevity and short length of this LP, it is nearly perfect but I dislike the track 'All Mine'. The album has a warm, wholesome and analog sound that is very different from the cold, laser sharp focused intensity of Yeezus and the chaos and unorganized artsy mess of The Life of Pablo. 8/10. -
solid cd. didn't come with any extra artwork, but what can I expect from Kanye? sure this release was on CD mainly because Kanye needed money to feed his family, but it's still solid. -

Edited 6 years agoIt's a great album, but a bit short.. it seems a bit incomplete. Audio quality is solid.
