Webtv72, I have the Canadian original pressing of "Speaking in tongues" and it sounds a lot better than this album. This pressing sounds veiled.

webtv72 that's an interesting note, thank you! I've only ever heard this pressing, which sounds fantastic to me. I'll have to compare it to the 2006 reissue. -
Maybe it's my copy, I just think the sound is rather "closed in". I also have 2006 reissue (Kevin Gray mastering) it's little more open but still not nearly as open as Speaking In Tongues album which I have both 1st press Canadian and 2006 reissue, both are very good.
