Edited 3 months agoAs for my 3rd copy of this one, it's still pretty bad. I'll keep it until they reissue, hopefully not using GZ Media to press. If you aren't familiar with them, you'll quickly discover that most of what they press is trash. From what I can tell, there are no "US" pressings of this record, so don't be deceived just because DeadOceans put their stamp on it.

Just purchased my copy of this pressing, and while mine is free of dings, pops and crackles, both sides are labeled “Side A.” Sorting through these notes makes me feel like I may have gotten lucky that that was the only issue.

Bought new shrink-wrapped. Garbage pressing. Full of pops. Unacceptable. It sounds like 20+ year old vinyl. -

Sorry to the folks with pressing issues, mine is glorious. I run everything through the SpinClean first, so maybe that’s something. Easily their best album. “Yes”. -
I am noticing that mine has lots of clicks on the first two tracks of side-B, and only on the left speaker. Can someone confirm if they are having this same issue? I first thought something was going on with my left speaker or if the anti-skating was not setup correctly since I am only hearing it on the left speaker, but if I flip to side-A or put another disc, I stop hearing the clicks.

I love this album but damn this pressing has really bad lemons out there. I cleaned mine multiple times and it’s still noisy, with visible scratches and what looks like water damage that you see on records from the thrift store. A shame because I really don’t want like three copies of this. -
This pressing is too clean. Very minimal surface noise. Nice bass, drum and guitar. Just over all well balanced. Instant classic for me. Get a copy before the prices are through the roof. -
Good god this is such an excellent pressing and mix as well as the vinyl being dead silent. And the music itself is fantastic....perfect for a laid back Sunday afternoon! Highly recommended! -
Dead silent, cool vibe, sweet bass, smooth guitar and a cool funky beat! What more could you ask for? Very very good listen! Highly recommend!
