"8 different guitar recordings made at Amann Studios, Vienna, between 2005-07. The acoustic guitar was recorded with an Oktava mic. Other sounds were made using a Fender Stratocaster and a Vox ac15 amp."

    This little single might be my favorite Fennesz release. I just realized I've been listening to it at 33 RPM instead of 45 for several years, and actually, I rather like it that way.

      I can safely say that this release is among my very favorite Fennesz EP's. It's gritty but soothing, melodic, and doesn't have a muddy, over-produced feel to it at all. All in all a very impressive 2 track piece (or one track if you buy the , which I did) that I feel will stand well alongside his other smaller releases, like 'Plays'.
