Edited 5 years agodue to the pythagorean nature of the music the album still seems rounded, after sending one of the lps home with a friend.

Interesting artifact with nice packaging. This would have been great to have in a high fidelity recording, but... Performance is plodding and low-energy and not in a good way. Gets a low rating partially because it is dwarfed by some of his other killer recordings like "Outside the Dream Syndicate" and "Four Violins." Why pull this one out when you can play those? -
Really great mellow, minimalist drone but I honestly could never tell the difference between any of the 4 sides so it really could have been a single LP.
