interesting to see how much these are going for, about 4 years back i bought mine for £30 in VG condition. -
There are definitely variations of the sleeve. I have one that is more matte finish, and another that is more glossy.
Other copies I've seen have been matte.
Runouts/Matrix on the vinyl are the same, but the one with a glossy sleeve also has "MADE IN THE U.K." stickers on both labels. -

If anyone, for one reason or another, has just the sleeve/cover, I'd be an interested party...
