Im playing the album now. Great record. No skips or jumps on my NZ pressing. And Sweet were funny funny about different album covers and various pressings.

Insane hard rock album, with one of my favourite album sleeves of all time. Sweet were so, so underrated back in the day. They are long overdue a proper and carefully curated reissue campaign. Even the bubblegum stuff is amazing, Ballroom Blitz, Hell Raiser, Blockbuster and many more Chinn/Chapman classics. -
My copy has these matrix numbers.

God knows why the NZ pressing has the gatefold image on the outside (with the spine), and the front and back cover (in the rest of the world) as the gatefold. -
I´ve heard this album so often as i was a little boy from my mothers record player, and yes!: "This is still a great record from The Sweet !!! -
Limited edition picture disc RR 4085-WZ different from the one with 8 tracks this one has 12 tracks

I got my first copy of Off The Record" the year it came out (at the time I really enjoyed it).
That said, my pressing seemed to skip and jump through "Lost Angels" so I returned it to the store and got a replacement copy.
I did this twice and each time the problem re-occurred. In the end assumed that it was down to a bad pressing. I picked up another NZ copy a couple of years later which plays ok.
Was this a problem elsewhere in the world? I'd be interested to know.
