Notes
Disco album originally recorded as the soundtrack to "Les Bidasses En Vadrouille". Although the American version on Prelude has a different sleeve and appears to be a very different album, most of the content is the same. "Before It Gets Dark" is the same music as "Pour M'en Aller Plus Loin" but with English lyrics, and the two "Pouêtt" tracks on the original Vogue version are just very brief, whimsical instrumental pieces.

The real stand out here is Ite Missa Est, which I have no idea what it means but it's a great track, mostly instrumental. -

Unique and completely get crazy disco. This is hardcore disco. Rock Disco is just the classification for placing it in the collection and finding it again and again. Play it loud. -

Recently discovered. Awesome stuff. The break of "disco circus" its the best part of album. -
Edited 11 years ago24 bit digital remastering, is that another word for audio is taken from Vinyl Sources and than carefully denoised and declicked ;)

How surprising was the day when I discovered that the magnificent percussion and effects on Todd Terry's "The Circus" tune from The Batmobile - Let's Go LP was taken from the old school disco Martin 'Disco' Circus - Disco Circus, from 1978!
Special credits must be given to the talented percussionists Serge 'Zizi' Haouzi, Gérard Blanc, Charlie Cohen and the keyboardists Sylvain Pauchard & Gilles Tinayre, with Joel Flangerman as the synth programmer.
A classical tune from the Disco era, sampled years later and transformed on a classic House tune through the hands of T. Terry.

This is where Francois K fans are made. The edit is fantastic. I played it for my girlfriend the other night who doesn't even really like disco, and she loved it. Banger vocals and super dirty keyboards. This is raw disco. I'd dance alone in my room to this one.
