Hard to find info reviews or stream online so I’ll chime in. In middle of my first listen and can say record is cheap heat, worth it for showcase of three jazz legends. Carter and Haynes sound incredible, have amazing jam when piano drops out on first track that makes it worth price of ission and pulls you in. Flanagan leads solidly with some nice runs but Haynes and Carter are the more adventurous players and the parts where they shine through are most exciting . A nice balance among the trio that at times swings towards the sublime. -

Fantastic hard driving trio! Ron Carter and Roy Haynes are on fire rhythmically. The Bass and Drums are recorded at the same level as the piano so there's an excellent soundstage and separation of instruments. Tommy Flanagan playing with his typical melodic touch. Underrated in my opinion, if you're into piano trio jazz this is worth a listen. -

Trinity in this LP represent standard jazz trio session with purely inspired from the sense of inner movement .. 😎
