I am going to suggest that the "1989" pressing without the "e-a-s-t" embossed on the b-side is actually a 1995 repress. Any thoughts on this because I would like to get to the bottom of this. As I recall, in or around 1995 they also repressed the "Phanjam" LP & the "Dangerzone" LP. Most people think they have an original press but have these 1995 repress. I cant prove this though. Any information would be appreciated.

One of the greatest old skool hip hop albums ever. The 'Going the Distance' intro previews what you are about to hear and the scratching on 'Show Em Hell' proves that hip hop doesn't get any better. The booming bass on the closing remix of 'My Parta Town' is a dancefloor killer.

I was lucky enough to find this and the Danger Zone LP at a record store in Canada. One of the best finds ever!!!!

A1 album, a classic. Great rhymes, great DJ work: Tuff Crew was underrated and grossly overlooked compared to the crap that was being pushed by the majors by 1989.
Worth noting: the US LP has a killer version of "Behold the Detonator" that seems to have been replaced by a totally different, blander version on CD pressings. Both can be listened to on this page's tracklist as of may 2020.
