This is one of the best Ultimae releases in a long time. It's hard to believe that they created 'Substans', which was, to be fair, sub-par for Ultimae. Each track has infinite layers of reverberations but without sounding the least bit disted. I love the radio-com conversation that weaves in and out the whole album every few minutes, I'm not sure what is being said and I don't really want to know, it just sounds perfect.

There is so much detail and one off noises that stops re listening from feeling stale. I usually like more structure and beats in my ambient but I think this album has converted me to a more in depth appreciation of 'ambient' ambient music.

Stand out tracks are Theory of Tides and Meteorites.

I'm a little frustrated, as I lack the literary skill to give a just review, so just listen to it. I guarantee you will love this if you enjoyed CBL's Interloper.
