The Who – The Seeker

Aren't the US Decca singles with a '7' following the matrix number in stereo? Don't have my own copy.

I recognize the location/date of this photo. It was taken on the set of the Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus. That would make a date of December 1968. Keith Moon is wearing clown face makeup.

this is a very rare who 45 from 1970 for THE SEEKER W/ HERE FOR MORE on the b side, who pic sleeve 45s from this territory are very hard to come by in great shape, my copy of this is a vg + sleeve & vg+ record.. i have a few other who 45s from this territory, i cant say where this was pressed but it was made for & sold for the Singapore , Malaysia, Indonesia, market so as these sleeves are now over 50 years old they are hard to get, they do pop up here and there though, this is a fold out sleeve that opens up and it is on the red polydor label........... again your guess is as good as mine regarding where sleeves & records like this where printed.............

this german sleeve is s till qite easy to get today some 50 years after its release........i got this one a life time ago

nice sleeve from spain from 1970, thin sleeve so finding it in great condition is not to easy, mine is vg++

this was a decent belgium only sleeve for the seeker in 1970, i have this away with most of my euro who 45s but for some reason i seem to this sleeve being a fold out sleeve, i will have to check when i get digging at some point...

this was a very nice 3 track 45 from mexico from 1970 with a really nice mexican sleeve, i did not know this only made it to a discogs listing until today, i have had this one for years now, really nice one here.

this was the third who 45 released in yugoslavia sometime in the early 1970s, this was released on the PGP-RTB label that must have got the ok from polydor as this is not a boot, the sleeve is the same as the german sleeve but what makes it unique is the sleeve folds out like sacandanavian sleeves did in those days, this is a fairly rare find esp in great condition!!!

this was a very nice and common sleeve in various territories back in 1970 when this french 45 was released, this is a pocket sleeve with a typical 1970 era shot on the sleeve as you can see, the back of the sleeve has a bit of small french text and the 45 of coarse was released by polydor , this still shows up often but its not to easy to find one in M or M- condition..............

I recently scored a near mint copy of this Italian release version - very cool looking cover! I'm happy to be able to add this one to my Who collection.
