Outstanding pressing - dead-quiet, fiat and great sonics. Better than any recent repress / reissue.

I have the exact pressing as above, in hand, except for ◈-P-◈ of the MCA Pressing Plant, Pinckneyville

There have been some complaints about the mastering on this release. To some extent I agree; some of the bonus tracks are not taken from the best quality sources and there are pops and clicks between some tracks. However, the mastering of the main album tracks is to my ears a vast improvement over the old CD so I think it is still worth getting if you liked the original. These remastered albums are always a bit hit and miss, which is a shame. I think the companies involved underestimate how good fans are at noticing when a remaster is not of the highest standard.

Great album very upbeat synth especially with "you came" and "hey mister heartache"

Mastered at Abbey Road? My god, if this is the best you can do, change jobs

Watermarked or not ... it's remastered with lost dynamic.

Waiting for the next release.

Sadly, this reissue features a few dodgy transfers. Hey Mister Heartache [7" Version] has been lifted from a crackly 7" vinyl and You Came [Shep Pettibone US 7" Edit] sounds like a very low quality [64kbps] mp3. Disappointing.
