Neighborhoods is the sixth studio album by the American rock band Blink-182, released September 27, 2011 through DGC Records and Interscope Records. Their first album of new material in eight years, its recording followed the band's breakup and later reconciliation.

The album was released in two formats: standard and deluxe. It was first issued on two formats: compact disc and vinyl. The vinyl release was carried by Hot Topic and Interpunk.com, and came in four colors: blue, white, black/white splatter, and pink. A second pressing on vinyl will occur through Hot Topic in 2014.

Overall a nice sounding version, drums kind of fade into the background during vocals. Gatefold is superb.

Good sounding pressing and quality sleeve. The only defect I found is that on my copy, Side A has the Side C label. Nothing major, just makes it an interesting piece to add to the collection.

Lots of surface noise, it clears up as the album gets further in but as a blink fan this album needs to come through as clear as possible, it was already a shotty mix from the studio with more effects than an avengers movie, the drums on the cd are distant and the overall feel of the album has industrial qualities for a punk rock record. It all just sounds like its coming through a p. A system the only thing that really stands out is Tom's loud crescendo singing and the odd guitar part usually during the bridge. This album is great it might just need that digital touch to come through as intended. Also its big and you absolutely have to open it right up to access the first of 2 lps. On the bright side it does come with antistatic plastic inner sleeves and the artwork is much more enjoyable like this. Great album that probably won't see the light of day too much.

Tri fold sleeve with poly lined inners, dead quiet, no defects no noise. sound is allright with punchy bass. Got it from soundofvinyl shop for 9,99 € !

Not sure how to rate this one... it is certainly good, but i don't know if it achieved its full potential, some mid range frequencies kinda feel swampy, everything else i guess i would say i dig a lot. I suppose i will just give it the 5 stars Kevin Gray deserves most of the times.
