If you put aside “Raw Power”, which is good but not outstanding, this is a perfect album. For me, even if I prefer "Gettin' High On Your Own Supply", this release is their best work in my humble opinion.

The diversity of atmospheres is incredible : you have a crazy racing OST with “Carrera Rapida”, party jams with “Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Dub” & “Krupa”, emotional trip-hop with “Pain In Any Language”, a reach to the 7th sky with “Electro Glide In Blue”, old-school electric rock with “Altamont Super Highway Revisited”, tripping jazz with “White Man’s Throat” and a complentation ode with “Stealth Mass In F#M”. No matter in what mood you are, there are chances any tune out there will match this mood.
Lots of piano and beautiful vocals (male and female) through the album.

If Apollo 440 is often d with the big beat tag like The Prodigy or Junkie XL, it’s not 100% the case for this release. “Altamont Super-Highway Revisited”, “Tears Of The Gods” and perhaps "Raw Power" are the closest that can be described as such.
If you’re looking for more rhythm (and more guitars), check out “Gettin’ High On Your Own Supply” instead.

This was my favorite album from like 12-15. I'm listening to it 20 years later and it's still amazing. At one point I had it on vinyl, tape, minidisc, and three copies on CD from different countries. It got me into electronic music a step deeper than the Prodigy and Chemical Brothers as well. I can't really describe how much I love this album.

For me the best album of the band, with the mixture of rock and electronica. A great album that plays various styles of electronica as a few touches of ambient, downtempo guitars mixed with gimmicky, great rhythmic foundation of the time as breakbeats, big beats, good melodies and synthesized DNB. Absolutely amazing release. I grow to love it more every single time I listen to it. It contains many elements from their previous releases so if you enjoyed 'Millenium Fever' you will undoubtedly enjoy Electro Glide in Blue also. A must have!
