Just added this scarce Japan white label promo & picture sleeve to my collection. I’ve added a picture of my white label promo record above. In my opinion, ‘The Last Time’ Japan sleeve is the most difficult Japan Who sleeve to find these days.

Doesn't make you forget the originals, BUT well worth hearing for Pete Townsend's guitar outbursts - he was making amazing noises at this time!

this is another very nice replica cd single that is remastered in shm format, this cd single replicates the original japan 45 that was released back in 1968. very loud powerful sound, the original 1968 45 is very very hard to get and very expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so if you cant shell out for that this may be the next best thing............(ps it took me quite a few years to find the original 45 copy of this single......... ) it can take years just to even find in mint
          condition

Pete plays bass on both tracks as John was on honeymoon...

this is one of the harder french who 45s to find, as stated below the sleeve is rather thick and sturdy, next to the kids are alright this is not so easy to come by in great condition, still my favorite french sleeve is the ready steady who 4 track from 1966, that to has a sturdy sleeve like this one..........................

beautiful norway pressing of this great 45 released by the who in 1967 to mick and keith until they got out of jail that year, the sleeve was pressed in norway and the record pressed in and exported to norway for that market. all scandanavian who 45s from the 60s had the records pressed either in the uk or BUT the ones with picture sleeves mean the sleeves where printed in either DENMARK, NORWAY OR SWEDEN... some where exported to finland and iceland as well but the sleeves where only printed in the countries listed above.. great find here

Just added this one to my collection! As with the other French picture sleeves from the 60's, this comes in a sturdy, glossy cardboard sleeve. The text on the color picture sleeve explains that this was a rush release by The Who to show for Mick Jagger & Keith Richards after their scapegoat drug bust in 1967. This one is a "must have" for all Who singles collectors!

this is quite a rare dutch who 45 from 1967, this obviously is the stones charity single that was released that year, there are 2 other dutch who 45s that have basically the same sleeve ( im a boy (66) and substitute (66) those are fairly still easy to find some 50 years later but this one does not pop up often, great dutch sleeve though.......

god it took my years to get my hands on this but i finally got it, this is a who holy grail peice here, this was released in japan in 1967, this is the 45 they did that year for mick and keith after the drug bust in the uk, anyway this beautiful japan edition has a very lovely unique sleeve and a total 1966 mod shot of the guys on stage, this is a laminated flip back sleeve and the sleeve is very glossy as all these 1960s japan who sleeves are, i belive this was the 5th who 45 to release in japan by 1967, for whatever reason this one rarely ever pops up, beautiful japanese text as well, this one is one of the nicest japan who sleeves......................some of these japan 1960s who sleeves are so hard to get as fans in japan just did not get the who like they did the beatles or the kinks for example and there was a lot less of some of these who titles pressed then others, im not sure more then 500 of these where pressed some 49 years ago............

Released during Mick Jagger and Keith Richards' drug busts and trials, the Who made sure Stones' music would still be playing on the radio. It was a nice show of for the Rolling Stones, but neither version of these classic Stones' songs will make you forget the originals.
