Razor (2) – Shotgun Justice

There were very few thrash bands in the 90’s that were remaining true to their nature, and keeping things fast and heavy. Razor is hands down one of the few. Shotgun Justice is one of the greatest thrash albums to ever come out of the 90’s by far. This album completely rips. And while I am partial to Sheepdogs vocals, Reid does just amazing, and I cant imagine this album with any other vocalist. He does this album great justice. The pressing sounds very clean, beautiful artwork, nice lyric insert, good vinyl coloring. The mix is based off the original so probably have to crank the bass and volume a bit, but man, once you do, this thing really shines and opens up. Every thrasher should own a copy of Shotgun Justice!!!

The album cover is so horrible here i love it! I hope to own this version one day, such great music!

Does anyone know why did they decide to change the artwork?

Love the album. Unfortunately this pressing has zero bass to be found. Still worth it for $20 or so, but yeah. Low end is nonexistent.

Anybody who owns this edition can tell if there is some yellow color inside booklet? Mine has 4 songs with yellow like highliner, but it seems too perfect to be done by someone, more like printed.

This cassette was issued in two colors, one is white, the other is red and was limited to 250 copies.

Be advised that the version which only has FPD 3094 written on the CD's ring is most likely a bootleg. I have this version. Luckily I only paid 8 euros for it, which is all right. The bootleg has nothing else written on the ring except FPD 3094 - that's it. The original non-bootleg version has a longer matrix with much more symbols on the CD ring written.
