This is metal, the way metal was meant to be. Pure and straight to the point. No games, no tricks, no outside influences. Pure, unadulterated, heavy, speed and thrash metal in the best form. Evil Invaders is a definite masterpiece in this style. Every song is absolutely amazing. I would never even dream of changing a single thing about this album. Pressing is unbelievable. Glossy high quality album jacket, heavy duty lyrics insert, and a nice big poster of the glorious artwork. The pressing is using the original mix which sounds fantastically juicy. Outside of an original, this is gonna be your go to best version, if not the best!

I've compared this reissue with a canadian Viper 1st press today: Something about the high-end has a slightly screechy character to it (especially the cymbals and part of the vocals) compared to the 1st press. 1st press sounds bassier and "warmer" overall. It's not horrible though, I could have lived with this reissue if I didn't have an original. -

It's not listed, yet, but there is a white shell version of this as well. Which also put this tape in that weird era where it seemed like every label switched from white to black shells. I havent seen a white one since it was first released. -

This is probably the best speed metal album I've ever heard that borders on the realm of thrash and the squealing guitar gives a metallic sound unlike any other Sheepdog is amazing as usual and the best screamer in the business next to Halford The Rhythm Section does their job to highlight Carlo and McLaren evenly so if you are a fan of thrash metal or metal in general and you don't have this album in your collection you owe it to yourself and your fellow Thrashers to pray to the Metal Gods for forgiveness and redeem thyself buy the damn thing 4.75/5 -

I have a paper case at home. It's probably a bootleg. Can anyone advise me? -

Whoever rated this album anything under 5/5 stars is completely fucked in the head -
