Just like the other recent Nujabes pressings— absolute quality. Dynamic, loud and completely devoid of noise.

I can't agree with ecks-bogota below, I listened to this whole vinyl and it sounds good to me (and I've probably listened to these albums hundreds of times). The vocals do blend into the sound on tracks like Hikari, but it's like that in the original CD release as well.

Sadly I have to differ from the opinions here, tracks like “Hikari” and “Sky is falling” have the vocals very much overpowered by the other sounds, I played Hikari at a 500 people venue with top quality speakers and I had to turn the mid’s and hi’s on a DJM800 mixer to a 50% up to get the vocals out without distoring. It is not a loud record, and I find it very expensive for the quality I got. On the other hand, I’m assuming the masters were no longer reachable for this one specifically thus the reason why this compilation took so long to get the vinyl treatment.

Beautiful and timeless this LP will sound great, and highlights some of the best 00's beats you can listen to!

Wonderful release again from Hyde Out Productions! Excellent mastering and sound. Proper outer and inner sleeves.
Worth to have in your collection for so many tracks. For me "Imaginary Folklore" takes the cake. This one just makes my soul sway, beautiful!
It seems the artwork has been taken from original the CD-release, and not been properly brought to 12" size having maintained the details and punchy colours. Could also be the CD-version on Discogs has the images added by somebody who added filters to pop the colours, I don't own the original CD release. My gut says it's never been so vibrant, and this is close(r) to the original artwork.
Though atm still slept on, the second compilation not having had much attention, I'm sure this will gather interest for many fans and will sell like hot cakes when the word spreads more. -
Nice to add this to the collection.
Pressing is nice. The cover is a bit blurry, like Modal Soul. Don’t know why.
Now we need spritual state on vinyl. -
Walz of life will born 🤨🤨🤨🤨💀
Obvious misspellings on the gatefold and back cover... It sounds terrific but please double-check triple-check the cover, man... -
Himandey: preorders are (finally) up for the vinyl release of this. Drops near the end of February. Right now I’ve only spied it on sites like HMV and Tower Japan, but I’m confident it’ll appear everywhere you’d expect in due time; Amazon, Turntable Lab, Bull Moose, and so on.
