Agreed with below comments; play-testing again today before shipping to lucky customer. This LP borders on perfection.

Pressing is that standard that Parlophone is known for, sonic accoutrements the standard David Bowie is known for. This is a serious treat to listen to.

Edited 2 years agoHow on earth is it possible that 5263 discogs- "have" it, allthough the album is limited to 5000 copies?
Still a great record and a fantastic pressing. Marvelous mastering!

This sounds killer! I first heard this on the radio back in February '96 while on a quick visit to California, so this was not new material to my ears. Now owning this on wax, it sounds awesome!!

Great album and perfect pressing. Parlophone and Bowie makes vinyl come alive!
Got this one for Shopping For Girls to find out later that it is actually a Tin Machine release, but this acoustic stripped down of rocky guitars version sounds way better in my opinion. -
I love this album. Pressing quality is perfect, but more importantly the intimate texture of that voice is there in your room. It isn't a big s t e r e o thing it punches near mono perfection

Edited 4 years agoFinally listened to this and WOW. It’s by far one of the most pristine sounding vinyl I own. Such a joy to listen to from beginning to end.

This is a sonic masterpiece. The recording is excellent. Further, it's like you are being treated to David Bowie and a few musicians performing in a small intimate setting for you. I can't recommend it enough.
