        One of the best singles from The Tremeloes is this little-known psych nugget. With a thumping kitchen sink arrangement, busy with massed vocal harmonies, tooting horns and even some countrified guitar licks. It grooves along in a happy toy-town haze until the band take a turn towards the lysergic with a burbling bass ‘n’ bongo-led breakdown that ushers in a floaty fuzz guitar break that slinks off into the unusually bright Barking sunset.

        ‘Instant Whip’ on the flip is a surprise garage styled raver with a nagging distorted guitar lead over screaming vocals, vamping organs, busy bass rumbles and insanely funky drum break beats!

          The A-side is good 60's pop, but the B-side is the real shocker, being a super fat funk-rock jam with drum breaks galore.
