One of the only CDs that Rabbit City ever put out (and the first one too, in the very early years of the label in 1992, hence the pretty modest CD Single style packaging), and it's also one of my favourite obscurities of the early 90s techno scene. If you can find a copy, it's well worth it! -

An amazing debut. One of my all time favourites. Mike told me he put together on an 8 BIT Atari! Force Mass Motion was Rabbit City Records musically. Classic and sadly, very hard to find. -

An amazing debut by force mass motion being released 1992 at the peak of hardcore techno-sound. It was hard to find most of these tracks on mix tapes let alone a CD full of the original 12inch'es .The mode of construction on each of the eleven tracks is basically incongruous samples + looped breakbeats + oscillator riffs + piano-vamps and snipets of female vocals. What separates his style from other similar tracks at the time is the under lying four to floor kick running underneath most of his tracks making you want to get up and move. Stand out tracks would be 'panic' and 'reach up' but there is some really good underground tracks which are just as good as the ones I've mentioned. I think this is the best album he did in a time when there was alot of trash going around most of the tracks were rinsed back in the day showing you just how popular his tunes were.
