Komatunes is the youngest Label of the Music Research family. Existing since summer '99 and founded by Fridge & Hastik of the Komakino project. The first Release "Vectrex - Meteor" was licensed all around the world for several compilations. The style of the released tracks is trance and club-trance.

    Unfortunately the label closed down in 2001 when Music Research the main label that owned this as well as many others fell into bankruptuncy (pretty much like Lightning Records) :-(
