One of the most important purveyors of Latin American music and jazz and world music and also hip-hop in the UK. Absolutely crushing it.

Mr. Bongo publishes great stuff. But I don't like to buy the 7inches, they could be better made. The grooves are unnecessarily narrow, the run-out groove huge. I can't understand why the playing time is not optimised for the available space. The sound would be better, the robustness greater.

Excellent re-issue label run by some thoroughly nice people. Awesome retail shop in Brighton. One of my favourite labels.

Mr Bongo selections are on point, good quality and good value. Particularly enjoying the classic hip hop reissues. I have always had an excellent and swift response to any minor issues. Thanks Mr Bongo.

Well mastered, well pressed, well priced, great sounding reissues. No hype, just quality product.

Hoping to see more of the Half Speed Mastering by Miles Showell at Abbey Road pressings like the Arthur Verocai LP.

Big props for Mr. Bongo. Their records are flat, quiet, and cut from high quality sources. In a day and age where crappy reissue labels are a dime a dozen, Mr. Bongo stands out for not only great releases in of interesting, relevant music, but also an honestly quality product. The packaging is high quality as well, and somehow they manage to keep their pricing reasonable as well. After sampling a few of their releases I'm planning on getting a good chunk of their catalog.

Mr Bongo's reissue quality is on point. Pressings sound great, tip on gatefold sleeves with no ugly barcodes on the back, original label art reproduction. What else is there to say?
