I seem to be alone in having ordered stuff several times and received it with no issues to speak of... but there it is. I love this label!

Ridiculous how much of a f-up this label is considering the strength of the music. Thankfully they have a distro partner for the new releases considering some of the comments on here or I would have never have got my records. Why tarnish you reputation?

adding a comment to note that this fraud, or negligence or whatever it is is definitely still occurring. i was lucky enough a few years ago to actually receive a copy of cv313 - The Other Side and like the rest here, i have nothing. no response to bandcamp messages or emails via their website. i recall getting a "we sick and backed up so sorry" message like the one quoted below a while back but honestly it feels super scammy. after a few bad experiences with AMM and Labyrinth Tower (black metal distros of ill repute) i'm allergic to this kind of treatment. thankfully it's not Rod!! will be opening a PP dispute now.

the thing that irritates me the most is i can see a post on their FB from 20 hours ago promoting a BIG LABOR DAY SALE and i keep getting the promo bandcamp "warehouse finds" spam. really grinds me and i can see i'm not alone.

        avoid :(

I purchased a "Sequential Space - Limited Edition 7.5 GB Sound Library [100 Impulse Response DVD+CD Library] including CD w/variant redesign" from them (via Bandcamp) in May 2022. It never arrived. I sent a couple emails, with no reply. After about six weeks, I got a refund with no explanation, and the physical item was removed from their Bandcamp page.

From reading the reviews here, it seems I was lucky to get my money back.

I wouldn't order from them again.

I should have opened a Paypal case in time to have at least got my money refunded. :(

I have messaged numerous times over the last couple of years via Bandcamp where I purchased items, never no reply on the whereabouts of the physical cd's, I shall message them again soon as it's about £250 worth that I have not received, they show as 'shipped' but I have never received any postage details. It would be nice to still receive them but listening to the music I have already by them leaves a bitter taste in mouth.

i'm glad i checked the comments here on DISCOGS. now i know i'm not alone. i've tried placing orders just for digital s, and haven't been able to do so for many, many months. i wish they would either fix their bandcamp page, or remove it.

Damn I wish I had come here before to read the comments. I also ordered several times over six months for a total of 250$, stayed really patient after each new order and no update. I tried to reach them through Bandcamp and Facebook, I can see the messages are read but then forgotten or ignored.

Quite infuriating since the money was spent and the music is exceptional, but I don't hope to see the items anymore now.

Has anyone here gotten updates since then, may it be from the label or from Paypal concerning a refund ? I would be happy to know what to do exactly, because I can't see myself endlessly shooting fire in hope for an answer.

                  Thanks for your answers guys.

I have to say, despite the problematic nature of this label's business tactics, it's still one of my most treasured investments. Within the sonic experiments of this label are some of the greatest musical journeys I've been taken on, I hope and pray to hear more!!!

The lack of communication is dumbfounding. It makes you feel all the fraud was intentional. How they are allowed to keep selling on some platforms is criminal. Probably one of the saddest and strangest record label stories of all time. Considering how loyal their fans were, the label has a lifetime . Squandered because of no communication. Is it a health issue? If it is, I do not think anyone would even believe it. Now, that's sad. The disregard for your purchases are so high that he can't even keep track of who is missing things. Cause everyone is missing things! And he can't even offer free digital files if you missed other releases. By far, the shadiest label I have ever heard about. And I won't even go into how he wanted to physically beat me up for my comments in an email.

Its not just the missing releases either. He charges more than double on any shipping for cds. And the times you paid separate for buying items, they were so delayed they generally got shipped together. 3 to 5 items at a time. So he pocketed the remaining shipping money the entire time. So greedy and unorganized that he probably didn't even realize it. I inquired about it four times and got ignored each time.

The last 9 years of the label is a pure scam. Don't buy from him. No integrity. And yes, like everyone else...I am owed something. Still. From 2017. ha!
