Independent Australasian music company, based in Sydney, Australia and established by Paul Paoliello, the former managing director of Zomba Records' Australasian from its inception in 1999 until it's sale to BMG in 2003.

Prior to that, Paoliello started his careeer at the launch of BMG Africa in South Africa in 1992, as international marketing and A&R manager, where he achieved success with a number of acts like R.Kelly, Aaliyah, Toni Braxton, TLC and many others, as well as g and breaking multi-platinum local act - Just Jinger.

In 1996, he established Zomba's Asia Pacific regional office and relocated to Singapore, where he was responsible for the day-to-day activities of Zomba's licensee network across the region. During this period, Paoliello was responsible for the success of a number of acts in the region including Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Steps (UK) and Jessica Folker (Sweden).
