Optical Disc Manufacturing (Oem) was a CD / DVD pressing plant with glass mastering capabilities, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, U.S.A.

The company formed in March 2000 and began production that summer. It changed its name to CDA, Inc. on December 23, 2014 following Oem's purchase of CDA ImPressing Solutions, USA.

Discs manufactured by Oem can be identified by the following matrix patterns, in conjunction with:
• mastering SID codes IFPI LN06, LN07, LN08 or LN09
• mould SID codes IFPI JIxx or HD0x
